At CalmWave, we want your order to reach you quickly and arrive exactly as promised. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.
Where We Ship: We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. If your country isn't listed at checkout, we don't ship there yet.
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. During busy periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you updated.
Delivery Times: Once processed, estimated delivery times are:
🇺🇸 United States: 5–8 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 3–6 business days
Total estimated time from order to delivery is roughly 6–11 business days (US) and 4–9 business days (UK). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or peak seasons.
Order Tracking: Every order includes tracking. As soon as your order ships, a tracking number is automatically generated and emailed to you so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking to update.
Order Confirmation: You'll receive an order-confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping-confirmation email with your tracking link once your order is on its way. If you don't see these, check your spam folder or contact us.
Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot an error, email us within 24 hours and we'll try to correct it before dispatch.
Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Orders: If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at repose.brandglobal@gmail.com — we'll investigate and make it right.
Customs & Duties (if applicable): Orders are typically shipped duty-paid, but in rare cases import fees may apply depending on your location. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
