Our 60-Night Sleep Guarantee: You have 60 nights from the date your order arrives to try CalmWave risk-free. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you're eligible for a full refund of the product price.
How to Request a Refund:

Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days, and funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order Cancellations & Changes: Need to cancel or change an order? Email us within 24 hours of purchase and we'll do our best to update it before it ships. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it can't be cancelled, but it's still covered by our 60-Night Guarantee.
Refund Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We're unable to refund to a different card or account.
